Can you hear it? It’s getting closer.
Yep, that stumbling, rumbling, slightly intoxicated sound you can hear is festival season 2019 approaching, and it’s coming in fast. The Upset spreadsheets already have more colours than a rainbow, and our clash-finders are already running hot.
With anticipation at fever point, we’re delighted to kick off our year with the announcement of our first 2019 festival stage. We’re making our bow at the mighty Live at Leeds on Saturday, 4th May, with a line-up of some amazing louder sounds.
Topped by special guest Jamie Lenman, who has a new record ‘Shuffle’ due this summer, the bill includes a diverse and exciting list of hot new talent, including Heavy Lungs, Lice, Death By Unga Bunga, Hot Milk, Spielbergs, DBoy, Saint Agnes, Brand New Friend and Sunshine Frisbee Laserbeam.
Hot stuff, eh?
“I’m super psyched to be bringing the rock all the way up north and headlining the Upset stage at Live at Leeds next month,” Jamie Lenman says – almost like we were prompting him or something. “Expect huge tunes, SRS HVNS and a cuppla cuts from my new rekkid if you’re very lucky!”
To get you buzzed, we’ve listed some of our fave bands from ‘around the line-up’. Tickets for Live at Leeds are on sale now. You can grab them here.
